| Global Infectious Disease Program terminates effective January 2005 The governing board of The Ellison Medical Foundation has decided to terminate the existing program in Global Infectious Disease, effective January 2005, in order to redirect resources to lesser funded areas. Awards already made will be honored for their stated term. Other initiatives in international health are contemplated, and will be announced as plans are consummated.Accordingly, we will no longer accept any applications or Letters of Intent in the Global Infectious Disease Program. We regret any inconvenience which results from this action. This decision affects only the Global Infectious Disease Program; no changes are being made to the Aging Program.
